Yes! After we receive vet and shot records we will need to meet and greet your animal. Pets can not weight more than 35 pounds.
The West Virginia University college campus is approximately 1.5 miles away from The Ridge.
Yes. There is a shuttle that provides free rides to campus.
If you have a pet, you need to pay a $200 non-refundable fee and a $200 pet deposit.
Rent is due on the first of each month and you have until the 5th at midnight before you are charged a late fee of 5% of the monthly installment.
The utilities are divided equally between each guest in the apartment. We then give each guest a $25 allowance that goes towards the utilities. No utilities are in your name. And we provide WiFi and trash free of charge.
We do roommate matching to make sure you are roomed with individuals that you have things in common with.
We would first ask that you speak with your roommate and then the next step would be remediation with the roommates with the leasing manager.
